We strongly suggest you take care when reading descriptions as we cannot offer a return on change of mind. We have the right to refuse a refund/return that does not meet the requirements listed below.
We package our orders with the highest care however in the unlikely event that your item arrives to you damaged or faulty you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item..
- If the item is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing or postage issue you will be issued with a store credit, full refund or replacement (where available).
- All items must be returned to us before a credit, replacement or refund is issued. You must wait for our authority to return the item. We will cover the cost of return postage/collection only where the item has been deemed faulty or damaged. If the item is returned to us and is not damaged or faulty we will have to charge you for the postage costs.
- We suggest your return parcels have a tracking number as Oakey Electrical is not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
The warranty period varies between products. Please contact us should you have a warranty related issue with your product and we can assist (Please have your order number available);
