Oakey Electrical Discount Centre can only offer refunds/replacement on faulty/damaged items. If you have changed your mind we can only offer you a store credit. No refunds can be issued on change of mind returns. 

We strongly suggest you take care when reading prodcut descriptions as we cannot offer a return on change of mind. We have the right to refuse a refund/return that does not meet the requirements listed below. 

We package our orders with the highest care however in the unlikely event that your item arrives to you damaged or faulty you must contact us within 60 days of receiving your item. 

  • If the item is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing or postage issue you will be issued with a store credit, full refund or replacement (where available). 
  • All items must be returned to us before a credit, replacement or refund is issued. You must wait for our authority to return the item. We will cover the cost of return postage/collection only where the item has been deemed faulty or damaged. If the item is returned to us and is not damaged or faulty you will be charged for the return postage costs. 
  • We suggest your return parcels have a tracking number as Oakey Electrical is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 

Change of mind returns: Original postage costs will be deducted from the credit issued to you.
